Travel Costs

Travel beyond a 25-mile radius will incur a £15 charge to cover mileage and travel time.

For shoots requiring extended travel/overnight accommodation, or location-specific permits (such as access to events/private venues), these additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before booking to avoid any misunderstandings.

Image Delivery

All final images will be delivered digitally via email once the high-resolution editing is complete.

Files will be available for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, images will no longer be retrievable, and re-sending files will incur a £10 fee. Alternatively, your photographs will be stored in a gallery on the website and purchased at £5 each.

Clients are encouraged to download and securely store their images promptly after receiving them.

Social Media and Privacy

For social media publication/feature purposes, clients are encouraged to provide the make and model of their motorbike(s) as well as any relevant information, such as social media handles. This ensures accuracy when showcasing your photos online. 

The photographer retains the right to use selected images for portfolio display, website galleries, and social media promotion, unless the client explicitly requests their images remain private. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations can be made with at least 48 hours' notice, and the appointment can be rescheduled without charge. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a £10 cancellation fee to cover preparation and travel expenses.

In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the photographer will offer to reschedule the shoot at no additional cost. 

The photographer reserves the right to postpone or terminate a session if conditions are unsafe or equipment is at risk. 

Labour Costs and Other Expenses

The labour cost covers the photographer's time, travel, setups, shooting, and post-production work. Additional fees may include:

1) Extended editing/retouching
2) Re-sending image files after the 30-day window
3) Travel exceeding 25 miles from Northamptonshire
4) Late payment/last-minute rescheduling requests

All additional charges will be communicated clearly before any work is carried out, ensuring full transparency.

Photographer and Client Responsibility

The photographer will take the utmost care during all shoots to ensure the safety of both client and equipment; however, the photographer cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the session.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that locations are safe and suitable for photography. If shooting on private property, the client must obtain permission from the property owner/event organiser beforehand. 

The photographer reserves the right to refuse/terminate a shoot if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or in violation of location/event rules. 

No abuse/harassment, or disrespectful behaviour towards the photographer will be tolerated under any circumstances. Such behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund issued.

In the case of technical issues, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer's control, liability is limited to a refund of any payments made or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any special requests or concerns before the session to ensure the best possible experience and outcome.
